Clover: good hardware, quoted the honest way
Clover's economics depend entirely on who sells it. Ours: interchange plus with the markup visible, hardware ownership stated in writing, no separate lease surprises. If your bank quoted you Clover, bring their paper and we will read both quotes side by side with you.

Staff trained across shifts, including the closers. A person in the room on go live night, because that is the night things break. And the first month's tax reports reconciled against your filings, so setup mistakes die at thirty days instead of living in your books.
None of that is a line item. Installation that costs extra is the first sign of a vendor planning to be absent later, and the absence is the expensive part.
